Travelling north to see my girl. I’m stuck on this side of the river and my head is spinning. I go deeper... It’ll be almost dark by the time we kiss. And I feel I have a thousand things to remember and can only remember her...Catherine

How could I ever forget that millions of stars exist in the sky? Long lost friends shining down on us. And the next day, a castle and togetherness, rain and rain came down to freshen the already vibrant, verdant way to the sea. In valleys the clouds reach down for us, obscuring the mountain tops, making the world disappear. It's beautiful, as I find she is…the more I know, the deeper the conviction. And the madly rushing river we cross reminds me of our course… so much water these past few days. Water falling, water falling. Rainbows in the spray, we all gazed at the unstoppable torrent like a wheel of time pulled by white horses. And the sea was wild and the sea was calm and the noises go on forever. As I listen to her talk I feel small explosions of delight. We forget each others' names and remember, remember. Are we us? It seems so. There's a pink stripe across the sky and hills all around surround us in no-mans' land…wild and unused next to the sea, and rivers of water remind me of a future home. The beautiful children I meet through her divert my attention for moments, but always I return…and more falling water accompanies our journey, along with the sun, from home to home.
